Spicey: Street Food Branding
Motion Design & branding package for an imaginary restaurant chain. It was a passion project built to push my typography and branding skills further, experiment with different motion techniques, and in general, just let my creativity loose.

Building an authentic and fresh brand
The branding process focused on creating a key visual system that feels genuine and approachable rather than flashy or forced. I wanted to achieve a style that’s subtle yet impactful, allowing the brand to connect authentically with its audience.

This flexible approach means Spicey’s look works seamlessly across various placements—from menus and posters to digital ads and social media content—maintaining consistency while adapting to each context effortlessly.
Colors that speak flavour
The Spicey brand palette was crafted to be vivid and energetic, yet thoughtfully limited to maintain cohesion. Rich reds, warm oranges, and deep navy blues evoke the vibrancy of Mexican cuisine and culture without overwhelming the senses.

This careful balance ensures that every color choice feels intentional, creating an inviting and appetizing atmosphere that stays consistent across all brand materials.
Typography as the main course
Type played a starring role in Spicey’s branding, serving not only as a communication tool but also as a key visual element. The choice of bold, modern typeface combined with playful, dynamic animations helped bring the brand to life, making it (hopefully) as vibrant and tasty as the food itself.
Logo rooted in simplicity
At the core of the visual identity is a simple, typographic logo designed for clarity and versatility. The minimalist style reflects modern design trends while staying rooted in the brand’s playful spirit. Complemented by a fresh animation, the logo gains personality and movement, transforming from a static mark into a dynamic ambassador of the brand.

I help brands and agencies achieve real results through design and animation — not just by making things look good, but by making them solve real problems. And I genuinely care about making that happen.
